Congratulations Chris Weaver, Junior Software Developer, on being our latest winner of Employee of the Month for February 2019!
Chris’ role sees him assisting his team with the development and creation of SG World’s software products, as well as providing IT support to various departments across the business. Despite having only being with the company for 12 months, his work has seriously impressed his colleagues and management alike.
Chris’ work on our software products has been exceptional from the moment he began his journey with us. As our electronic solutions are one of the most popular products in the SG World portfolio, this means that Chris’ high-quality work is invaluable.
However, it isn’t only his day-to-day role that Chris has excelled in; this month, he massively helped our Support and Services department and SG World sister company vectorbomb by saving them time and improving the way that they operate. Chris used his excellent coding skillset, as well as a good dose of hard work and determination, to bring these improvements about.
We’ve heard that Chris has just bought his first home in Crewe and we hope that he is as happy in his new home as we are with his work! We also know what we’ll be singing to ourselves next time we see Chris in the office – ‘Then I saw his face, now I’m a Chris Weaver!’ We’re sure any fans of The Monkees will appreciate this play on words!
