As a representative of the H&S profession we salute Kate Lyon for her baking prowess and great attitude on The Great British Bake Off.

When she's not making Liverpool a safer place to work in, Kate is an enthusiastic blacksmith, yoga student, gardener and, of course, cake impresario.
