Today SG World staff gathered to wish our Global Sales and Marketing Director, Richard Nichols, the best of British luck in re-locating to our US HQ in Haines City, Florida.
Richard is spearheading SG World's US expansion plans, working with our distribution network and reviewing product logistics. In a farewell presentation, Mark Haase, SG World CEO, said Richard is a perfect example of SG World's ethos of encouraging and developing home grown talent, "over the years he's risen to every challenge SG World has presented him and has carved out an enviable track record in UK Sales. We're confident he has the talent and determination to make his mark in the US".
Of course, this isn't goodbye, Richard will continue as a valued member of SG World's leadership team and return to Blighty regularly for boardroom meetings.
