SG World and SGW Payroll employees came together to help our beloved receptionist, Julie Butters, restore her garden after it was left in disarray by a landscaping company that never returned after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Julie had entrusted £12,000 to the company to transform her garden into a peaceful haven, but the project was left unfinished.

Gill Meadows from SGW Payroll spearheaded Operation Buttercup, rallying volunteers from across both companies to donate their time and money to restore Julie's garden. With the support of the Arnold Haase Charitable Trust, over one weekend, employees cleared debris, planted flowers, and installed new fencing to create a safe and welcoming space for Julie.
