In its first year of taking part in the scheme, the company picked up an award in the ‘One to Watch’ category by demonstrating “good levels of engagement” across its workforce. Best Companies, which is most widely known for researching the Sunday Times *‘Best companies to Work for’* lists, surveys in excess of 1.5 million employee opinions across thousands of organisations.
